Responsibilities & Qualification
Responsibilities :
1.Assist to develop, improve, and maintain competency management system.
2.Assist to improve and maintain JD system
3.Facilitate other functions in competency gap assessment.
4.Initiate and develop training road map and individual development plan (IDP).
5.Conduct training need survey.
6.Establish Corporate Training Plan.
7.Arrange internal and external training program.
8.Facilitate and monitor the training process.
9.Monitor and maintain the availability of training information system.
10.Monitor the submission of training report to DSD.
11.Analyze and establish training evaluation report.
12.Leverages multiple digital platforms to support the learning journey.
13.Support other activities regarding the TTC e.g. scholarship, internship, events.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor Degree in Business / Human Resources of related fields.
2.Minimum 5 years of experiences related to the job function.
3.Software of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), HRIS.
4.Good command of English
