Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

1. Lead and ensure new product development project to be submitted and qualified on time and smoothly transfer for mass production.

2. Conduct new product development review with internally, customer and suppliers to reduce modification, development lead time and cost.

3. Control mold die tooling and equipment schedule new model and production process engineer system.

4. Analysis and solving other tasks for engineer team.

5. Coordinate with maker or customer for problem solving job and create design.

6. Control and Monitoring Manpower and Performance

7. Direct communication with Global engineer (Japan).

Qualification

1. Male, Age between 42-50 years old.

2. Bachelor degree in Engineering, Faculty of Mechanical, Production Industrial and related field.

3. At least 15 years experience in automotive part manufacturing , at least 5year New project development and at least 7 years in Management Level.

4. Leadership, achievement, Good relation, Communication, and Presentation Skill Positive Thinking.

5. Good of spoken and written in English (TOEIC SCORE = 500 UP)

6. ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 and any relate field.

7. Training APQP , FMEA , QPCC , SPC

8. Able to drive with driving license.

9. Able to work in Amata City Chonburi Industry.
