Estimation Manager

Responsibilities :

1.Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.

2.Lead project bidding of overall fabrication activities both onshore and offshore project, including review and propose fabrication cost to Bid Management Team.

3.Ensuring that bids are compliant with customer requirements.

4.Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.

5.Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.

6.Review and approve Request for Quotation (RFQ),Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE) in regard to subcontract work.

7.Liaising with relevant department to develop commercial and/or technical proposals.

8.Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.

9.Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.

10.Review quotation from vendors.

11.Working closely with project managers, engineering managers, procurement manager, estimators, and senior personnel.

12.Conduction team briefings once bids have been secured.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree Certificate of the Engineering, Construction, or another relevant discipline.

2.Minimum 10 years of experiences related to the job function.

3.Minimum 5 years of experiences at supervisory level.

4.Very Good English Language skill.

5.Knowledge of Oil & Gas.

6.Knowledge of Bidding Work.

7.Knowledge of Construction Work.
