Construction Manager

Responsibilities :

1.Manage of various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support including cost estimation.

2.Civil work management with team to study and come out technical and constructability result in order achieve the competitive proposal.

3.Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues.

4.Analyze and recommend proactive and expedite plan to ensure the construction work is executed according plan.

5.Accountable FRQ document with project specification and technical clarification to Client.

6.Manage and control construction work to meet and achieve target.

7.Monitor and tracking an assigned work and properly decision to resolve all circumstances.

8.Oversee and execute construction work to ensure obtain maximum reliability and asset integrity with SAFE.

9.Generate report focusing on work progress and status.

10.Project documentation close-out and handover completion.

Qualifications:

1.Education of Master’s degree.

2.Major of Bachelor’s Degree of Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field.

3.At least five to 5-7 years overall experience in Construction manager/Project management within construction relation to plants/factory/Industrial/Construction projects, Oil & Gas industry, Petrochemical plant or Power Plant.

4.Holding Professional/Engineering License of Engineer Council will be an advantage.

5.Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles also able to allocate, manage budget effectively and understand client concerns.

6.High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions inch related construction permits, legalization, regulation, and licenses.

7.Strong communication skills for liaising with a range of clients, professionals, and workers on site.

8.Strong leadership skills, management skills and an ability to motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work.

9.Good command in English communication.

10.Can work the construction in upcountry.

11.Good Foreign Language.

12.Computer skill basis (Office, Project,2D&3D,CAD,NAVIS).

13.Physical ability of Civil & Structural Engineering Design / Extensive engineering knowledge and experience
