Construction Engineer Mechanical

Responsibilities :

1.Verify ITB, SOW, BOD and FEED documents to plan for bidding strategy and construction project execution.

2.Prepare RFQ document to Sub-contractor including specification and technical clarification.

3.Prepare Construction schedule and Manpower & Equipment loading histogram.

4.Manage and Control Subcontractor to meet and achieve project requirement.

5.Execute assigned work in accordance with the applicable Project Procedure and standard.

6.Ability to resolve issues and expedite to ensure the construction work is executed as schedule plan.

7.Manage and execute of Mechanical work to ensure obtain maximum reliability and asset integrity.

8.Cooperate and concentrate to enforce and comply SSHE project requirements.

9.Manage the interface matters and liaise the others to meet the schedule, quality and safe.

10.Generate report focusing on work progress and status.

11.Project documentation close-out and handover completion

Qualifications:

1.Male or Female.

2.Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineer or relevant.

3.Holding Professional/Engineering License of Engineering Council will be an advantage.

4.At least 8 year overall experience in EPC main contractor for onshore oil & Gas industry.

5.At least 5 year experience in Mechanical Engineer.

6.Good command in English communication.

7.Can work the construction in upcountry.

8.Familiar with DEP,ASME, API Standard with related Training Certificate will be an advantage.

9.Knowledge Skill of Heavy Equipment Lifting.

10.Certificate of Training Precision Measurement tool.

11.Internal Working Skill in Column, Drum, Vessel (Tray, Demister, Packing, Catalyst loading etc.).

12.Computer skill basis (Office, Project, 2D & 3D CAD,NAVIS)
