Senior Estimation Manager

Responsibilities :

1.Identifying opportunities for bid submissions and raising them with the bid management team.

2.Lead project bidding of overall fabrication activities both onshore and offshore project, including review and propose fabrication cost to Bid Management Team.

3.Ensuring that bids are compliant with customer requirements.

4.Conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.

5.Performing risk assessments and addressing concerns of clients and company staff.

6.Liaising with relevant department to develop commercial and/or technical proposals.

7.Keeping track of all costs and managing budgets.

8.Working closely with project managers, engineering managers, procurement.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree Certificate of the Engineering, Construction, or another relevant discipline.

2.Minimum 8-10 years of experiences related to the job function.

3.Very Good English Language skill.

4.Knowledge of Oil & Gas.

5.Knowledge of Construction Work
