Business Unit - General Manager / Automotive Parts

Qualification

Responsibilities

1. Have end-to-end profit & loss responsibility.

2. Oversee, direct, and organize the work of the entire operations with all departments to meet budget and other financial goals, and to develop integrated processes that support excellent customer service. This includes the Production, Process Engineering, Quality and all related support functions.

3. Develop, establish, and direct the execution of operating policies and routines to support overall company objectives.

4. Oversees company strategy towards the profitable growth and business plans to continue the growth of the responsible business units by analyzing market trends, business models, financial perspectives to address the business opportunities and risks to optimize cost structure and utilization of resources.

5. Prepare and implement comprehensive manufacturing strategic plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations.

6. Manages the organizational structure of multiple departments and ensures the improvement, optimization, and efficiency of company performance in both short-term and long-term to align with corporate objectives.

7. Creates environment and culture that focuses on fulfilling the company’s mission, vision, values and empowers employees to be successful in delivering the best quality of products and services and encourages the maximum performance and dedication.

8. Provide leadership to cross functional teams to drive business outcome and increase efficiency, develop, implement and manage strategies to reduce risk for negative impacts

9. Support the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals.

10. Oversee, enhance and enforce health, safety, security, environment and risk management, environmental.


Qualification

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any field.

2. 5-10 years of proven experience in a managerial role.

3. Extensive experience as a managing automotive part industries with a strong business acumen and awareness of sales, finance, and operation.

4. Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plan.

5. Understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management.

6. Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.

7. Excellent problem-solving and people management abilities with a strategic leadership and entrepreneurial mindset.

8. Excellent communication skill with proficiency in English both written and verbal.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
